More Calli pics. She can be sooo cute but sooo frustrating. If you think the doogie pics are getting boring, let me know. It's just that there isn't much more interesting in my life. Haha.

Pictures... I promised! ;-)

Pat, Luana and Cory... doing the 'beer' action part of the song "Sex and Beer"

Pat, Luana and Cory again. I believe this is the 'sex' action part. You know make fists, bring your elbows back past your hips and thrust at the same time. Juvenile, yes. Watching many drunk people attempt this action, amusing.

Pat, Shaun and Luana. Shaun's trying to concentrate reaaaaaaaaaal hard to make sure he gets the little dance down.

Not sure what part of the song this is... but if you want to listen (I think) or at least read the lyrics, go to www.patmccurdy.com. He plays all over Minnesota, Illinois and Wisconsin. And sometimes in Ahowa. Oh yeah. And I have to apologize for the close-ups of other people's ears and heads. Small intimate setting, ya know. :)

It was my birthday...

...yesterday and I had to go pee in a cup for Target. I'm thankful that I have a job. Something for now. When I went to the clinic to pee in a cup the technician sat me down in a blood-taking chair. My heartbeat increased tenfold, it felt. But then she reassured me that she only had me sit there because the usual room was taken by this guy that had checked me out. Twice. Haha. I almost wondered if he was hired at Target too. But I doubt it.

Yesterday when I decided to dust to help out Leanne the plant I moved fell over. Black dirt water all over the beige carpet. I felt so horrid. Of course that would happen on my birthday. I'm such a klutz, and it drives me nuts. Even though in all honesty I'm not sure if it was my fault or the poopy's.

Who ran away from me this morning into the road. Then the german shepherd at the end of the cul-de-sac barked and scared her so she went under my car. And wouldn't come out. So I had to drag her out by her leg. It didn't hurt her but I sure did feel stupid!

We went out to eat at Chili's last night. And it was delicious. :) I got a jamaican sunbeam margarita or something like that... and it was good. Then we went to see Willy Wonka and it was kinda... bad. But Shaun really wanted to see it because of Johnny Depp and the fact that it was a Tim Burton movie. Shaun LOVE The Nightmare Before Christmas. And then we saw a preview for 'The Corpse Bride' by Mr. Burton that was done in claymation like Nightmare Before X-Mas. So we're going to have to see that OF COURSE. :P And Johnny Depp does the voice. So double reason.

Went to Michael's today to buy $17 worth of glass votives. Usually they're $.99/piece but until July 30th they're 2/$1.00 Whatta deal. Then I got ribbon to put on my invitations. I'll post pictures of that. I think they're pretty much finalized idea-wise, but I'm having Sherry Gallagher and Denise Mohr look at it tonight to see what they think, too. They're scrapbookers so they might have good ideas to get certain things done more efficiently.

A job... kinda

Well, Shannon from Target just called me and offered me a sales job. For 6.25/hour. I was hoping for something closer to 10, but oh, well. This will pay the bills. Thank God. Then maybe between Shaun and I we can get some put away for the wedding. Can't wait. I already know that I am going to hate the hours though - I'll never get to see Shaun and I won't be able to go home for a week like I was hoping. My mom will miss me and I miss her. And who knows, I probably won't even be able to go on vacation with Shaun's family like I was hoping to for the first time in oh, nearly 4 years. Probably not, if I am starting a new job and have to have the weekend of Jenny Mickey's wedding off. But she said she can guarantee me 40 hours per week and that's good because that was 'a lot of money.' Haha. But at least I'll get a discount at Target, that's all for the good. I love that store more than is probably good for me. So when I can start fitting into smaller clothes I can get some cute ones for cheaper. New wardrobes cost too much.

The weekend was fun, we went to see Pat McCurdy again with Cory and Luana Friday night. I only needed one ID this time though, unlike last time. But I had gone prepared with two in my new jeans. We met up with Cory at Kopp's, which is a custard place in Waukesha. When we went to leave as I was getting in the car my pants split open over pretty much my butt crack. And I had no intention of having everyone seeing my cute polka-dot undies. So we had to stop at Target and get some new jeans. They're a size smaller! YAY. Pat was good, funny of course. He 'paid to have sex' with Shaun, Cory and Luana. But Aaron and I were left out. That's ok, though. I remembered to bring my camera this time though so I will post pictures of the show later. (the camera's in Shaun's glovebox right now). Then we stayed the night at Cory's house and then the three of us came up to Plymouth to go boating.

It was o.k., but it wasn't sunny. That was a bummer. Cory's scared of the water but Shaun finally talked him into going with him and Travis tubing. Well, the sky was getting darker and darker. Just as Travis went in the clouds were flashing with lightning. Perfect place to be, on the lake tubing with lighting. But Shaun talked his dad into letting him and Cory go down and up the lake one more time. Well, the sky was getting darker and the lightning was getting closer... and touching earth now, too. You could see the bolts coming down. Emma was bawling her eyes out because she was so freaked out, and Travis was just staring at her. We were all telling her it'd be ok, but of course she was having none of that. "I WANT MY MOMMY!" Then I started getting nervous too because it was starting to rain and the lightning was getting bad. Then of course my bodily functions decided to come into play and I was in misery. We were watching idiot people putting the covers on their boats before they were getting them off of the lake. And taking FOREVER. Finally we get up to the dock and Shaun runs to go get the explorer. We all follow the boat up the ramp and now it is POURING. And loud and occasionally bright. Cory, Sarah and I go to her campsite to get her van, then we drive back to the parking lot. The boat goes by us, so then we turn around and pick Shaun up and get to his house. Just as we were stopping at the park exit it got as bright as I have ever seen it and there was an immediate CRAAACK! That was a SUPER close lighting bolt. It scared me really bad. But we got back to his house ok and we all took showers and everyone was all right. Then at 5:30 we left to go to Cory's house and then to La Funte for Mexican. Luana came over and the four of us went. I had the chimichanga (it was good, but not nearly as good as El Patio's) and we went through 3 baskets of chips, and Luana and I split a half pitcher of strawberry margarita for $11. We each got about three out of that thing. When normally one blended flavored margarita cost $5.50 a piece. So it was a deal. And I got buzzed. We then went to the Milwaukee Ale House. They were a microbrewery. I had two of the best amaretto sours EVER. Everyone else agreed that they were the best they ever had too. Shaun was tempted to get one but he didn't since he was driving, but Cory and Luana did. Then we left, and dropped off Cory and Luana. Shaun managed to stay awake for the drive back to his house (I would have driven, I felt waaay more awake than he did, but I didn't know my alcohol content). We slept for 6.5 hours and then got up to go to church.

We went to Redeemer Lutheran Church, and it was nice. The people there were really friendly, and we sang a song that I learned at Luther Park. It was nice. Then we went to have breakfast at a really good restaurant, and then we went home and I took a three hour nap in the afternoon after eating my leftover chimichanga. After cleaning the bathroom after I got up I felt horrid. I think the chimichanga got too warm the night before and I had a mild case of food poisoning or something. It was a chicken one. But I felt better enough at 8 to have a birthday blizzard. It is my last splurge before vacation if I get to go, and if I don't, then it'll be my last one before Jenny's wedding.

I hate how long my posts always are. But the only interesting things happen to me on the weekends so I have a lot to talk about! Hopefully they make for some interesting reading, at least. And pretty soon, I'll have nothing to talk about but WORK! Haha. :)

The world hates

There's nothing I want to do more at this point than MOVE ON with my and our lives. But it seems like no matter how hard we try, how many jobs we apply for, how many interviews we go on, no one wants to make us gainfully employed people. And without jobs, there's no way that we can move on. Still living with Shaun's parents. Don't get me wrong, they're great people, but I just want my own place where I can do what I want when I want and not have to worry about what people are thinking of me. We need money for our wedding, and there is no possible way that we are going to have any at this rate. It just really makes me angry because we were practically promised jobs when we went to school. All that did was make us in debt and prolong the suffering. I don't know how much I really got from school. Maybe I learned how to be an adult, maybe not. I'm sure I could have figured it out on my own without having the school experience. I mean, obviously this degree has gotten me nowhere. Cost me so much money why? Oh yeah, so that no one will hire me. Awesome. I suppose it'd be the same if I didn't get a degree but then I would at least have been making some money and not owing thousands. Sorry I'm so negative, especially when I was feeling so great a half an hour ago. But Shaun just got a rejection letter from a company that he really wanted to work for and had told him that he's one of two candidates they considering for the position. It just sucks so much getting your hopes up and then this letter comes in the mail. Couldn't they even call? I suppose that would be even worse, though. What's even funnier was that as they were sitting in the mailbox I was telling a neighbor lady about it. Haha, joke's on me. The cosmos is pointing its finger at me right now and laughing its ass off. Har de har har. We're both just so pressured right now to get jobs and we're doing about as much as we can to try. That's why its such a big deal. I'm pretty sure it'll all work out in the end, but WHEN is the end? Days, weeks, months, years from now? I hope not months and years, anyways. I'm waiting to hear back from my interview last Thursday, and Shaun has yet to hear back from Flambeau plastics. He was in the running at last check. So at least there are a couple of options out there, but I have to think negatively about it. I get yelled at all the time for thinking negatively about things, but they're generally only the things I really really want. And look at what happens when I think so positively about something and then it doesn't come through? This. And the crying from disappointment and frustration that you can't see and I can't really describe here because it would be really boring otherwise. Ugh. Well, enough self pity for right now, and thanks for listening.

Little odds and ends

Not much happening here... just working on making snowflake cut-outs for embossing vellum paper, and making up the invitations... I'll post pics of them as soon as I have them ready to go. My fingers are killing me from squeezing the exacto knife so hard! Oh, well. But our church is a Lutheran one in Ham Lake, MN. It's called Glen Cary. http://www.glencary.org/ has pictures of it online. It seems really pretty inside! We've only seen it from the outside but at this stage in the game (6 months!!!) we can't be too choosy. And it's not that bad, expense wise either so it'll have to do. I'm just so relieved that we have a church now! And it's super nice because it's only straight up 65 a little ways from where our reception site is, and the hotels are only about half a mile away from there! It's all in a small area so once everyone gets in the area no one will have to drive too far! Gee, can you tell I'm super excited?!? Haha.

I think we're going to go have Mexican in honor of my birthday this coming week, and I feel the need to get a buzz. MMmmm, margaritas!! Sorry, it's just been MONTHS since I've had one! Hopefully Cory will be able to come along with us, we need friends to hang out with! Too bad everyone else lives so far away. :*( But I needed something to look forward to and here it is! The perfect opportunity. I also told Shaun I want a mini-DQ cake for my birthday... so that I don't have to stare at the leftovers in the freezer when I go back on my diet. I only have a little over a month to lose more weight for Jenny Mickey's wedding and the week before that is vacation, where Shaun told me that it'll be next to impossible to do Atkins on. Which I completely agree with, so I'll just be watching what it is, exactly, that I eat.

Ciao for now. :)

Pictures

I like the effect I got with this picture - general ambiance of the room

Shaun and I. One of the few pictures we have of us

Pete dipping Jean.

Sunday

We got up at 4:20 to leave by 5. We got going a little early which was nice. I missed my mom by the time we got to Hinckley. Got to do most of our driving in the cooler hours. I could only do 1.5 of my 2 hour stint. I got too tired. But Shaun didn't seem to mind too much. The drive was pretty uneventful, and we got to Long Lake in time for his parent's surprise party. Well, it was a surprise to his mom. She got a beautiful past, present, future diamond ring. Her first diamonds. She was really surprised and almost cried, but she fought it off. But you could tell she was really touched and happy.

The food was really good. I love taco dip! And oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Shaun's grandma always makes them with the right amount of crispy and chewy. We went swimming with the kids (Sam, Max, Travis, Emma, Ben and Courtney) and some family friends. Steve went with us to keep and eye on the kidlings. Swam for about 45 minutes, then we went back to the shelter and Shaun and I left to go home and relax. We took showers and then went to Wal-Mart so I could buy Harry Potter. Went home again where he watched Garden State and I read for a little bit then fell asleep. We went to DQ for supper (Chicken strips basket, num!) and I got a blizzard. That was ok. It had mostly melted by the time I got to eat it since I called my mom quick and talked to Leo and Leanne for a while. Then I read from 9:30 to midnight.

Monday

Got up today at 8:30, took a shower, read a little bit then went to Seek (temp agency) in Sheboygan to hopefully get some temp work. FORGOT to bring a resume so I had to come back, print some off, then go back again. Dropped it off, was told that some lady would call me back, and that was it. So I went to Target (it took some driving around a little lost - I wasn't used to going there from that direction) and got a new toothbrush and two hair clippies. Wandered around a little bit and that was it.

Saturday

We got up early and got going since we had to be at the Country Club to decorate. Angie and I were assigned napkin duty. Then we started helping with the favors. Then we had to go for our hair appointments. They were at Cindy's in Pine City. Brenda did mine, she did a great job! :) Up and curly. Of course. It was super hot out, so we were really happy the CC had AC. We went back to the CC and helped with the finishing touches, and then there was nothing to do until we had to meet up at the church at 4:30 to get dressed for our pictures at 5:15. So I called Shaun to ask him to drop off his keys at my house (him and mom were at Peggy's).

I then decided to go out there with him because I had nothing else to do for a couple of hours. I felt bad because when I had talked to peggy on the phone I was rude because my phone was about to die. But she had no problems about it, she understood, which was great. Got to congratulate Alissa and Tony on their engagement. Mom says she told me weeks ago but I didn't hear her if she did, due to my phone cutting out. But anyway, I'm happy for them. Then Shaun said something to piss me off so I went outside with Alissa and mom and broke down crying. Alissa hugged me and told me it was ok, and we talked about how stupid boys are. And I told her congratulations again and how weird it was that they started dating, but that I was happy for them. We went back in the house and Shaun asked me what was wrong and we discussed it. So it's better now. I left to go back to the church...

And the girls were all ready before the guys were so the pictures got off to a fast start. Then the guys came out and we did the wedding party pictures. Then they moved on to family. I was thinking about how I'd probably be crying at this point at my wedding. Then before we knew it it was time to line up. Once again, the girls were on time but the boys were slacking. I got to walk down the aisle with Marty, an immigrant from Poland. He had a cute little accent. We stood there and did our things and got it all done correctly and Jean and Pete were married. Then it was time to go do pictures at Lyon's park. Mom and Shaun were waiting for me to get done there in Mom's air-conditioned car. Did I yet mention how hot it was? ESPECIALLY in black heavy satin strapless dresses? But they were gorgeous dresses. :) Anyways, as the last picture the great idea was PIGG YBACKING. I said oooh, no, not me. But of course, I did it. Poor Marty was like, "What is this piggy-backing?" And Lord only knows what the guy was thinking! So I pointed at people who were already doing it and I said: Like that. He got it then, and it took me two tries to get up. Poor guy was staggering under the weight. It didn't take long but boy, did I feel bad for him!!!

Mom begged off at the reception because she had a headache from the heat. Us girls cut and delievered the cake and the guys poured wine. The champagne tasted like honey. It was sooo delicious. Then I talked to Steve and Bonnie Pearson. It'd been so long since I had talked to them! Bonnie asked me what was up with my brother's face hardware and his tattoos. It was funny. He was such a clean-cut guy when he was dating Erin. Shaun sat at the bar most of the time, keeping the bartender company while I was doing the bridesmaid thing. Since the ceremony was at 6:30 the reception started at 8. Most people were gone my 9:30, and we left at 10:30. It was really pretty though, and it was a lovely evening. The decorations were pretty. Twinkle lights were strung on PVC frames with mirrors inbetween. The centerpieces were red candles with red and clear and white glass beads in glass bowls. I loved the ambiance. Then the little favor boxes had candy in them. And the cake was really good, too. It had butter cream frosting and it was SOO good. :) As soon as we got home and ate some Taco Bell and had my mom help me undo my hair we went to bed. It was about midnight.

Friday

Got up at 8:30, took a shower, sat around and relaxed. Then we went to Pine City to have lunch with my mom at 11. We at ate Grizzly's. Then Shaun and I chilled at home until I needed to go to town for the rehearsal. We sat and waited and got into an arguement. Then I finally wasn't the only one and I moved all of my crap into Angie's car, since I wasn't going to be having one. Did the rehearsal, had supper. It was delicious. Lasagna, sweet 'n tangy salad with parmesean cheese, craisins and sunflower seeds. I was the LAST one served. It was because Angie, who was sitting next to me kept saying how hungry she was so the karma worked against us. Haha. Then brownie a la mode for dessert. Then Jean and Pete passed out the gifts. We got lovely litle clocks. They sure are nice. Thanks, Jean and Pete. :) At dinner Cherise and I realized that not only do we have Andrea in common, but that I also knew Tania through Sarah*. We were both amazed at the 'small world' syndrome. But there's less than 6 degrees of separation between all of us. Too odd.

Then Angie and I had to run to our respective houses to get our toothbrushes and then stop at the liquor store for a little booze. Then we all met back at the hotel, and then we went to the casino. This was really boring for me, the watching everyone gamble part, but oh, well. It was fun just hanging out with people. Then I said that I'd like to go play air hockey, and Shannon challenged me. I won, 7-1. It was a good game. Thanks, Shannon. :) Then we walked around some more then went up to the room. We had our mini bachelorette's party, where we gave Jean our presents. She got a corseted white garter set, a purple negligee, and some sex books and cards and dice. It was fun just hanging out and being girls. I had fun because I had someone other than Shaun to hang out with for once. Jean gave me my earrings for the ceremony. Thanks, they're beautiful! :)

Thursday

Thursday was a wonderful day. Got up at 6:30 to make sure that I had plenty of time to get everything I needed to get done done in time for me to leave for my interview two hours early (haha). I prefer to err on the side of caution... which was a good thing in this case, which I will get to...

So I sat and read a little bit, hoping to calm my nerves. Then I hopped in the shower and got cleaned up and then decided I had better print off my references list. So I go on the internet... Nada. I try both of the computers, still nothing. GREAT. So I call my mom and have her check my e-mail so I can write the phone numbers down and then type them up and print them off. Poor mom, I was super cranky because I was so nervous and she was slow. I felt bad. So I had all of my stuff put together and I was ready to go at 10. I wanted to leave at 10:30 so I could put gas in my car. Then I realized: I had to print off and fill out a standard application. From the INTERNET. So I call Shaun all in a panic because of COURSE the morning that I actually need the internet it doesn't work. (That seems to be the way my life works.) So he tells me to go to the Public Library, get a card and print it off there. Duh, why didn't that occur to me? But I didn't know how long all of that would take, and I didn't have a piece of mail with my local address on it. But then I remembered that my mom had to mail my degree to me - so I DID have a piece of mail with a local address on it. JOY. So I went there and got it printed off and paid the 40 cents and drove down to Milwaukee. The drive was fine, I didn't get lost, even though the parking structure was nearly FULL and I was freaking out about what to do if I couldn't find a spot. (The streets in that area were all hospital run. It was a conglomeration of multiple different hospitals.) There were no metered spots. But I finally did find a spot. Then I had to fill out the application - another call to my mom about addresses and phone numbers for the area. Fun. Got that done just in time for me to be 10-15 mintues early to my interview.

Got to the HR desk and had to fill out more stuff. Then sit and wait. The lady finally came out to meet me and and we went back to her office. She asked me what degree I had and I told her. She looked me right in the eye and said, "You realize this is a Graphic Designer position, right?" And I felt like puking and my scalp got all tingly. I said yes. So she printed out a detailed job description and asked me to read it and then to let her know if I could do any of this stuff. I read it and yes, I could do what it described. I told her that multimedia and graphic design go hand-in-hand a lot because I have to do graphic design and then post it to the web, basically. That made her happier. Then she asked me if I had a portfolio, and I told her it was online. So she looked at it and everything she clicked on she was all like, 'Cool. Cool. Oh, that's cool. Cool.' I'm assuming that's good. But as I was sitting there with my tingly scalp and upset stomach I was thinking: The ad said Graphic Design major or related majors. All I could think was that someone else wasn't doing their jobs...

Then Tony, the guy who set up the interview walked me down to the Marketing Dept. to meet with the contact there. I was wearing new (pleather) shoes and my feet were sweating something horrible so I had to walk weird to keep my feet from squeaking in the shoes. It was hard. And I was starting to get a blister. What made it even harder was the fact that he was cute. Haha. So we walk approximately 10-13 city blocks to this department and I get there and wait, again. But for a much shorter period of time. I was met by two men - the marketing director and the freelance art director. So we had to go find this other conference room because the ones in that area were all booked up. About 5 city blocks this time. Feet: killing and sweating. But we sat down and they asked me all kinds of questions about me and everything, and I told them how I was planning on brushing up on my Graphic Design skills, possibly even take more classes in that area because I'd rather be doing it. I was less nervous there. I told them I also had my transcript if that would give them a better idea of what classes I've taken. I told them that art teachers hardly ever gave A's. The marketing guy said, "Oh, you got a 'D' in Stats? (I was nervous here - worst grade on there) So did I. (I felt better after that)." I laughed and said, "Yeah, I'm not a math person." The art director said, "You're my kind of people. I'm completely right brain. In fact, I don't think I even took stats." So that was a major relief. I feel like overall it went well, but at the same time it could have been better. There are some things that I wish I could have said different, but I suppose everyone has regrets like that.

Got back to the house, packed up, and left for Hinckley. We stopped in Menomonie to talk to JP for a couple of minutes. Very hot, sweaty drive. Totally gross.

Life happens?

Not much is going on in this life... Same 'ol, same 'ol. During the weeks I just job search and don't find a whole lot. I think I am going to go to a temp agency to do temp office work and get some $$ coming in. I have an interview for a Graphic Designer position that has some web design thrown in. At Froedtert Hospital (pronounced freight-ert). I'm just nervous about driving down there and then finding the right office. They want me to be 10-15 minutes early. Well, I will make sure that I am more than that. It's in Milwaukee. Shaun and I went down there to find it on Friday evening before I went to David's Bridal to try on and purchase my bridesmaid dress for Jenny Mickey's wedding. It has an iridescent taffetta strapless top and an a-line skirt in the same fabric in Periwinkle. Cost me about $125. You get a deal on the dresses if the bride buys her dress there, apparently. Sweet. Anyways, I have the dress ordered and it should be here the weekend before Jenny's wedding, even though the girl at David's said it more likely than not will be there before that. I'm just worried that I ordered it in the wrong size. I'm revealing myself here, but I ordered it in a 20. My dress for Jean's wedding is an 18, and I fit in that. Barely, with some help, but I do. So by September will it even fit? They can take in up to 3 inches, but JEEZ! I'm hoping I'll be smaller than that by then. But we'll see. then again I hope not because otherwise what am I going to wear?! Oh, well. I'll worry about it when the time comes. Then Friday night we stopped by Shaun's aunt and uncle's house (Sarah and Steve) and we watched Lemony Snicket's with them. Odd movie. And we ate at Moe's Southwest Grill. It was delicious. I had a fajita minus the tortillas. MMmm, chicken, cheese, lettuce, homemade salsa, sour cream and guacamole. MMMM.

Saturday we didn't do much, but we went to the Mohrs Saturday night. It was Ron and Denise (Mohr), John, Sherry, Alex and Ryan Gallagher, Sarah, Steve, Emma and Travis Mueller, Shaun's parents, Chris Mohr, and Shaun and I. We watched the fireworks and then the kids were getting restless, so we taught them how to play ghosts in the graveyard. I had to play with Emma, which was ok, but she got SUPER bossy and I couldn't leave her alone. The boys were chickens and let us girls go in front of them all of the time, which was somewhat amusing. I got yelled at once for ditching them. I had gone back to get a drink of water. Gee, it sure is interesting getting yelled at by a 5 and 10 year old. Haha. But it was fun and fun was had by all.

Yesterday we went to the lake. Thank goodness because it was freaking hot! The water was 80 degrees, and that was on the north side of the lake with the cold springs! But it was delicious feeling, that warm water. Shaun pushed me in, of course, but that's alright, I had been planning on jumping in anyways. Nate was in Whitewater the whole weekend partying it up so he didn't come with us. But I got a decent tan and a little sunburn, which I am slightly concerned with. I hope it disappears by Saturday! I am also using self-tanner hoping to get the tan lines darker. Yikes. And as of today, I have officially lost 25lbs. A lot more to go. Joy.

Devil Dawg Damage

I like her, I really do. I might even push that into the 'love' realm. Until, that is, she decided to use my favorite sandals as chew toys. That might've bumped it back into the 'like' area. That whole post on her was meant to be a satirical tongue-in-cheek expose on Calli.

My weekend in pictures - Monday

Shaun falling into the wake, soon to be minus his board.

Chris Mohr on the wakeboard for his only time up today.

Shaun's uncle Steve catching some air.

Shaun's cousin Emma (Steve's daughter). She's so adorable! She used to sing the 'Dana Song' which was my name only to the tune of 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star'.

The beautiful clouds this evening. They were more pink and lavender in real life, though.

Sorry I didn't get pictures of Saturday. I forgot my camera. We went with Cory and his friend Luana to see Pat McCurdy at Summerfest, and it was really fun. He did a 90's and 80's music montage in which he would play a couple lines to the songs and he and the audience would sing them. We were close, too! I wish I had had my camera. And there was a GORGEOUS sunset on Lake Michigan, Damn. I should have that thing with me always.

My Weekend in Pictures - Sunday

Ryan, Travis and Alex having fun. (Or at least Travis is)
Shaun handling the tube all by himself.
The boat that does the pulling. (And Shaun, too!)
