What?!?!

Christmas commercials already!? I cannot believe it... but then again I can. Consumerism, despite the depressed economy, is the American Way.

But X-mas is my favorite time of the year, just because of the spirit of the season. Goodwill towards men and everything like that. Gotta love it.

I'm hoping to make it to the Mannheim Steamroller concert. I love their x-mas music. :)

Christmas is awesome. yes, it sucks that decorations go up in stores around August, but nothing beats this time of year, and being able to listen to my Vince Guaraldi CD again.

I totally know how you feel! I spent like an hour in Target today with nothing to do (waiting for Pete's prescription to be filled), so I just wandered around the whole store. I specifically decided to look for Thanksgiving stuff. BUT there was NO Thanksgiving stuff! Of course there were aisles & aisles of Christmas stuff already. And it's like that in every store I go in (even the grocery stores)! Why are people forgetting about Thanksgiving!?!?!

Don't you just love going to the store and getting excited about Christmas like you were a kid again? :)

What happened to thanksgiving? I am sad that it is not considered a time to spend with family also since that is what most people do on the holiday.. I love Halloweent till Groundhog's day myself.. there is never a dull moment anywhere there, whether it be that I am just getting back to school or whatever is going on.
